Pros: The breakfast was very good. I liked that you had the omelet station. The fact that there was a full size refrigerator in the room was awesome. The location was great as we were there to go to the mall. It was also very easy to get to from the Penna Turnpike.
Cons: The bed was a little too soft. I was a little nervous at first as there was a guest there who caused problems and the police had to be called and the guest was asked to leave. The staff handled it well but in today's world it made me nervous that he was going to come back!
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The bar close early on New years eve and didn't open hew years day
8.0 Excellent
Pros: All around great value. Big room, clean. Close enough to Philly and colleges.
Cons: Room wasn't ready two hours after check in time. Showed up at 5 and waited 1/2 hr. Generally not a big deal but almost missed an important dinner reservation.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. The suite was clean, spacious, and homey. There are lots of utensils and dishes and we really appreciated the large fridge. The game room was also a nice plus for our kids. The pool heater was out during our stay, but not really the hotel’s fault. Overall, we had a great stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything from kitchenette to bathroom.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great; staff did a good job of keeping it stocked and fresh. The location was a good spot & large seating area. There were several coffee options which was appreciated. If you go in warmer weather, there is a lovely spot right outside the breakfast are to sit and enjoy. Pool was nice. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette served us well. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Our room could have been vacuumed a bit better. The pull out bed was not super comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy, with a modern touch. Felt like being home away from home, love the little kitchen in each room. I've stayed here three times already and we'll be staying again as I have to travel a lot. I recommend everybody try this hotel.
Cons: There's nothing I didn't like.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was spacious
Cons: The floor still got wet with the shower. Its a half shower door
6.8 Good
Pros: the facilities were new and clean
Cons: We were originally put into a 2-queen bedroom suite. We asked if we could be moved to a 1-king bedroom suite, but we were moved to a 1-king room, not bedroom suite.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Long forever walk to our room..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room and staff
Cons: The pool had to much chemically (chlorine)in it! The kids body and eyes was burning bad they only got in one time and that was the main reason we came here for the pool! Not fair
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleased all around. My kids had a ball in the salt water indoor pool. I loved the ambiance of the pool ( the blue light in the pool).

Cons: Room temperature of the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious rooms. Outstanding value when you consider it includes parking, wi-fi and a decent breakfast. Perfectly located for shopping in the area.
Cons: There's no sign for the hotel on Route 23, so you're almost guaranteed to miss the access road the first time, even in broad daylight. At night, it's almost impossible to see the road. Traffic to Philly is usually heavy, so count on at least 40 minutes to center city, but that's the tradeoff for such a low price.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, great staff, comfortable rooms, nice bar. Food and shopping close by. Close to many colleges. Better than driving on the freeway for half an hour to go 5 miles.
Cons: I'm a lover of a more modern style. This felt like my mother would like the it. Fancy, dated, large and a bit worn.
7.4 Good
Pros: The room was typical of a hotel, as was the restaurant bar. I stayed here for business and it suited my needs, except for the lack of heat.
Cons: The hotel is looking like it needs an update. The bathroom was a bit small. Also, it was quite cold outside (in the 50s and dropping) and yet the heat was not on. The front desk explained that the heat is only turned on when it is colder than 55 degrees out, otherwise the AC is turned on. 55 for AC? Anyway, they offered to bring me a little space heater which worked OK, though I didn't feel comfortable leaving it on all night. When I woke up in the morning, with the outside temperature in the 40s, the heat was on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great stay, very friendly and responsive staff, nice rooms, nice bar/restaurant with a great Sunday brunch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exeecise room.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Reasonable value for money. Staff generally friendly. Good location close to mall and restaurants.
Cons: There are 2 elevators. 1 has been broken for over a year (according to a staff member) and the other takes conservatively 5-7min to arrive at any floor no matter what time of day or night. Many of the lights on the elevator buttons were also not working. For someone on the 5th floor with a lot of luggage, this was very trying. Also with a school group on the weekend, I took the stairs most days. Elevator and hall ways smelt musty. The hot water and coffee were luke warm at best. The coffee was generally abysmal. For a night or 2 it was satisfactory. For any longer than that, I would recommend staying somewhere else.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Love how clean the bathroom was, and a was very surprise to see there was a big refrigerator, the whole kitchenette area well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, i definitely will stay a
Cons: Bed was to hard, making it hard for me to sleep all night, other than that everything was great.

Cons: Didn't have a long enough stay to dislike anything. It was all good.
7.4 Good
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Facility is old and a little worn down. Needs attention and updating. But adequate for an overnight stop.
7.9 Good
Pros: Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean. Free breakfast a bonus.
Cons: The sign to the hotel, was set back a little from the road. I drove past it twice. It was a one way system, so it took a bit extra time to find.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Alyssa at the front desk was amazing. We were really in a bind and she went above, beyond, and more to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. It went from being a frantic last minute booking to a very comfortable nights sleep and a look into how amazing some people can be not only at doing their jobs, but amazing people in general. We are very thankful!! The hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast the next morning was great. We only wished we could stay longer.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staffs attentiveness
Cons: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone who works there was very helpful an friendly
Cons: I wish they had a stove that I could have made dinner on
8.8 Excellent
Pros: bed was comfortable, room was clean, desk/work area provided, well lit, hot shower, most amenities worked. Breakfast was very good and an excellent variety of items were available including waffles and pancakes. The juice and bacon were my favorites and they provided an excellent variety of breads.
Cons: desk said there would be 2 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge but there weren't. The alarm clock did not work, but we had a cell phone with an alarm. Only one of two elevators appeared to work and the ice machine on our floor was broken but we were able to get ice on a different floor.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location - it's proximity to Philadelphia was the only thing we liked about this hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really good, the staff was terrific, hotel was clean and well maintained, beds were very comfortable, food was great.
Cons: We liked the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Spacious room with lovely frameless glass shower. The shower floor was slippery and is potentially dangerous. There should be a mat placed but other than that the room was very nice
Cons: The free breakfast was a huge disappointment. The selection of food was poor. No waffle maker! Some of the pastry was stale. The coffee machine was broken and there was an inch of grounds in my cup. The staff seemed dismissive about the lack of coffee.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: My room had a water damage odor. I tolerated it because I only stayed one night. I did not report the odor, my regrets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really like my staying there it was very peaceful quiet and clean. The staff were very nice and pleasant.thank you
Cons: The tv weren’t working well it was stopping a lot and then stop I have to let it go.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was conveniently located and reasonably priced for our trip
Cons: Everything was good
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk was very friendly and I like the soft touch of the soft pretzels when we checked in and I noticed the grab bags at the front desk in the morning if you did not have time to eat breakfast. The price was reasonable for the room.
Cons: The breakfast had only pork sausage option and my man does not eat pork. We did not have face clothes or shower towel to step on in our bathroom and I had to call front desk twice. Front desk said they called housekeeping three times and then front desk brought the face clothes to us. Security came to our room and asked that we turn the TV down, which was low already. We turned it down and then we could hardly hear the TV. The walls and doors must be thin because I could hear everyone in the hall all morning.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very professional staff and clean rooms
Cons: Biggest issue is that the rooms have very thin walls and doors. You can hear everything. Couldn't sleep after the early morning hours, because of customers and hotel staff. Most of the breakfast was horrible, but I appreciate them at least offering it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nice size room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: great condition great breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to shopping
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: The hotel only had one room available due to a lacrosse team taking the majority of the hotel. The adolescent boys were on all the floors. They were loud and they made noise late into the night. Then in the morning a bunch of their luggage was on the floor blocking getting to the tables for the continental breakfast. Due to being adolescents they ate and when I finally got to the food there were no eggs, no one appeared to fill them.

Cons: Pool was so dirty the water was foggy and had a strange odor. Breakfast is NOT free as advertised. Breakfast buffet is $15/person
7.0 Good
Pros: I like the location and the staff was friendly. The look and lobby as well as exercise room is very nice. The rooms are nice when clean. I would recommend getting someone to clean spots off the carpets, it takes away from the rooms cleanness.
Cons: The room was not clean bathroom & sheets. Hot water did not work in that room, they move us to another room (a suite) still not clean (same areas). The manager very apologetic, personally went to check another suite and we were settled after 30 minutes.

Pros: Room was nice and clean. Well sized. Bed was comfy. Quickest and easiest check in I've experienced. Nice work out room.
Cons: $405 no microwave. Breakfast was canceled for new years day NO HEADS UP. Water pressure in shower lacking. Pool was nasty like swamp water. Couldnt see the bottom of the 3ft 6in pool. All the ice machines were broken on 2nd and 3rd floor. Had to get ice from bar. Fridge is a tiny cooler. All unacceptable for over $400. Bathroom isnt ideal if you're shy...even with door closed. No convenient ac or usb plugs. All these things I can get for under $100 at Motel 6. I dont use tubs but thought it weird there wasnt one.

Pros: Rooms were big. Nice bathroom.
Cons: Worst experience ever!! I arrived at 7:30 pm at Night and was told I would have to wait an hour for my room!! Went to get something to eat, came back. Room not ready for another 20 minutes. Went to room, it was not cleaned!! It was disgusting. Pizza box
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were kind. Front desk was kind.
Cons: Water was not cold from sink or the shower. The maintenance people came by but it only got fixed while they were there and as soon as I try using it all the hot water was gone. Had to shower with cold water at night and in the morning. Thin walls between rooms on the same floor and also from above. Kids were running around jumping up and down past 11 pm and security came almost 1 hour after I made a complaint to front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room and Hotel very clean. Comfort of the bed was wonderful. Staff was professional and kind.
Cons: Do not change a thing!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was very clean and comfy. Location was great. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
Cons: Our only complaint is the shower door, or lack of. Looks nice but since it was very cold outside, we couldn't get the heat to stay in the room, it made for a cold shower. We put towel at the door so the cold air would quit coming in from the hallway and by the time we went to sleep it had warmed up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the people behind the desk were kind and respectful. They also had smiles on their faces, and had positive attitudes. It really made my stay enjoyable.
Cons: I did not like that I had to pay to use the wifi. It is the only complaint I have with the facility.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room very big
Cons: Clean and the room very big

Pros: Wonderful bathroom and shower. Nearby amenities. Staff very friendly.
Cons: No continental breakfast. Had to go 3 floors for ice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is great as is the location. Rooms are ample and comfortable.
Cons: We were disappointed with the hotel’s upkeep. It looked like the owners were not willing to spend on upkeep and maintenance. For example, the drapes were soiled and needed cleaning. Also, the door frames, as seen from the halls into the rooms, were chipped and needed painting. In net, there are things to make the hotel look “sharp.”
1.0 Poor
Pros: At check in this hotel was amazing! So nice and even offers a warm chocolate chip cookie and a text to ensure room meets your expectations. And then...
Cons: We find BLOOD on the comforter!!!! Yuck does not begin to describe. I wanted to throw up. We called the front desk who offered to send housekeeping immediately. They did not come for 20 minutes at 10 pm at night!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, heated pool
9.0 Excellent
Pros: At check in we were told our breakfast was not included, which i specifically chose on booking.com the breakfast included option for $30 more. When i questioned it the check in lady got the manager, Stewart. Who immediately resolved the problem and gave us the buffet. He was kind and made it his priority to keep us happy. He never questioned us or made us feel like it waa our fault for the error. (It was booking.com error and the 2nd time we've had a problem with booking.com) Thank you Stewart for your hospitality and kindness. He definitely deserves praise from upper management. Their should be more like him in this industry. Room was nice but beds uncomfortable. thats the only reason i gave a 9. Breaking was great. The waitress there were sweethearts. Great stay.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The desk clerks were very pleasant. The room was fine. The mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice.
Cons: There were some loud people on my floor. It woke me up at one point.

Pros: I loved that the Raddisson and Valley Forge were connected by a long hallway. It gave so many options for restaurants and it made it easy to go into the Raddisson for the training I was attending. Free valet parking (which I did not use). The room was very, very clean and they had little bottles of stress relief from bath and body works. The bed was SUPER comfortable as well. Pillows could use some work. I went to the revolution for wine down Wednesday. I can't speak for the food as I only got a bottle of wine but the service was great.
Cons: Don't let this stop you from staying here... The water was not very warm and the shower is half a door so I was freezing throughout my entire shower. The heat didn't go past 70 degrees and I usually like it on 72 when I am at home. The housekeepers are very loud in the morning so it was hard to nap if you try to get one in. I was told I could checkout at 12:30 but when I went up to the room at 11:45 the bed had been stripped already. I had a 3 hour drive in front of me and was really in need of that 45 minute nap... Also when I checked out, I asked for a receipt so I could request payment back from my company. They emailed me a receipt with ZERO payment information...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bedding was very nice and comfortable.
Cons: Could have been cleaner.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location and Casino. Hotel is ok but I paid 189.00 for one night and It was not worth it.
Cons: The staff was rough and nothing friendly. Book the hotel to rest and celebrate my anniversary. The person that did my check in was rude. Next day at 9am the service woke me up kicking on my door just to asked if I will leave at 11. Helloooo the Check Out is at 11 what is the reason to wake me up to 9 to ask that dumb question. To highlight the wonderful stay the light and water were shut down in my room. So when I call Customer Service to notify them they were rudded again and they told me that I was not the only one and that I have to be patience and wait. So I decide to leave that horrible place. I went down 6 floors by stairs to disappear from that bad environment. .Without being able to brush my teeth. When I went down to do check out I find the only kind person in this hotel. Jessica Downie is the only employee who deserves to be at the front desk and she makes this hotel better. Too late to change my opinion about this hotel. Definitely I don't recommend this Hunted Hotel. Sad because the Casino and the location are really nice. I recommend to the manager be more careful when hiring the personnel.

Pros: The people who work here are amazing the units where wonderful and so relaxing because i use to stay here when this was the convention Center

Pros: I am giving this hotel a 5* rating because of the young lady on duty at the desk at 11 am on 11/20. She saw a charge from one of the casino food court vendors on my bill, and asked me about it. I told her it was a bogus charge, and she took it off.
