Pros:Easy pickup and the service desk guy was friendly and informative about the area where we were going. They were able to get the car early as our airline had changed our arrival time at the last minute.Cons:We came an hour early from our pickup time and had to wait a 15 minutes or so to get the minivan as it was upstairs. The driver was not the friendliest.Reviewed 4 Jul. 2021
