Pros:Bill was extremely helpful in adjusting the amount overcharged. Paul was also a pleasure. Everything about our encounter was very very nice. The drop off process was very easy. if I was not overcharged I would have been out of there in 5 minutes.Cons:When i dropped off the car I was overcharged. Had I not looked at my receipt I would not have known. I had to go inside and go to the counter to have the charge adjusted.Reviewed 17 Jan. 2017
