Comfortable bed, nice turndown service in the evenings - even asking about water, etc.
Was told it was a conference center / riverfront view but was actually an entrance view with the front of the hotel covering any possible conference / riverfront view. Unable to change due to availability of room type. First day, room was not fully stocked with towels and soaps as the other days

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. They had citrus water in the lobby and the bartender there made the best Pimms Cup I’ve ever had. The beds are comfy and you don’t hear any street noise since the area is quieter than the French Quarter. It is an doable walking distance from the French Quarter and also just a 2-3 min walk from the street car line...although don’t rely on the street cars to get you anywhere on a timetable. Especially on the weekends. They have a computer stand in the lobby if you need to print out tickets or anything.
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway where you sleep in past 9am, then this is not the hotel for you. The housekeeping staff starts their rounds before 9am and bang in and out of each room several times before moving on. I could hear them even when we’re on the other side of the floor. Also, unless you are out of the room by 8:30 and stay out until 8pm, they won’t clean your room. I stayed here for a relaxing getaway four 4.5 days and only had the room serviced once...after we had to ask to have it done on the third day.

When you first walk into the Omni Riverfront the lobby is very very upscale with the bar being right there also the staff was excellent with William at the bar and I know I'm going to say her name wrong but we checked in later in the evening and raylon was absolutely the best and we do a fair amount of traveling and she was absolutely friendly and fantastic she almost made me cancel my other reservations for the rest of my stay to stay at the Omni Riverfront they are blessed to have her
Everything was perfect

It would have been helpful to have clear instructions regarding the fact that an airport shuttle should be booked 24 hours in advance. I was not aware and had to order a cab.
