Upon arrival at Enterprise to pick up vehicle not vehicles were available and had to wait for an hour for a vehicle to arrive. The vehicle had 1/8 tank of fuel upon arrival necessitating an immediate stop for fuel.9.2 Wonderful

The car was really good with a few small problems. Drop off was super easy. No haggling or last minute attempts to up sell. The billing was correct, and the price was fair.Cons:
Pick up took longer than it should have. The cabin noise in the car was louder than my 15 year old 4WD truck. The rear tire had a slow leak that should have been addressed.Avis

The problem was with Kayak not Avis. I made my flight reservations from Newark to Memphis using Kayak for an American Airlines flight. I then made a reservation to rent a car right after I made the airline reservation. Kayak found a deal for $70 was great. When I got to the airline rental counter in Memphis airport I was informed that my reservation was at an Avis 10 miles away but my return destination was the memphis airport. If I wanted a car at the airport it would be $360 for two days. I advised them I booked through Kayak and they said this happened all the time but they could not change the price. I did not accept the car or sign a contract yet Avis now has a pending charge on my credit card for $360. I have filed a complaint with Avis and they said it should clear in 24-48 hours, well it hasn't. I blame this on Kayak and I have serious reservations about using your service again.7.6 Good

All was good except for the cleanliness of the inside windows. The fron window, rear view mirror and passenger side window were dirty. Looked like they had been sprayed with something and not wiped off. Almost impossible to see out side window.2.0 Poor

This location is only open 3 days a week and has 1 person working alone. Although he was able to do it all by himself, he needs help. The wait was long and no more cars were available by 10am. I had to go to a separate location to pick up a vehicle2.0 Poor

Absolutely nothing. This location ruined my vacation after telling me that they couldn’t rent convertibles from this location, even though I rented the car back in April (trip was September). Tried giving me a “deal” by not charging me extra for a “better” car.Cons:

Nothing. The employees were not nice or helpful. We took a $30 uber from the airport in Memphis to Hertz, to be nonchalantly told that since we didn't get there by noon, the estimated pick up time, that our vehicle was given away and that they were sold out of any vehicles. took us 30 minutes to get another uber to get back to the airport to rent from Avis. Avis was employees were extremely nice and vehicle was brand new.Cons:
