The car was really good with a few small problems. Drop off was super easy. No haggling or last minute attempts to up sell. The billing was correct, and the price was fair.Cons:
Pick up took longer than it should have. The cabin noise in the car was louder than my 15 year old 4WD truck. The rear tire had a slow leak that should have been addressed.6.4 Okay

Car was not cleaned throughly. I was given car with windshield cracks which I’m sure shouldn’t have been rented. Also tire pressure light was on with less than 15 miles of driving.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff cancelled my reservation on the day of pickup with no notice, and I had to scramble at the last minute calling and emailing multiple sites to find a rental car that ended up being over $100 dollars more expensive than my original, pre-paid contract.Cons:
I also struggled to get a refund because I had prepaid and there was no refund option with my reservation contract.Avis

Wasn’t able to rent the car because Kayak had mishandled the reservation. No answer when I tried to call them to straighten it out. We were stranded without a vehicle at the Avis Rental location. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had.Budget

Pros:
Staff are unfriendly. The pick-up is inconvenient and disorganized. There is garbage and standing water all over the parking garage and car rental area. We didn't get the car we booked. We had no assistance with our child seat. The car we picked up was dirty and not in great shape. The overall pick up experience took more than an hour. I hate you all.Cons:

Drop off was smooth other than the fact employee checked out customer who returned car after me first as he was more aggressive to the window.Cons:
Wait time for car, I reserved in advance, was well over an hour. Then desk staff asked me if I wanted to wait “ for my car” or take a mid size SUV upgrade. I asked if there was a charge, she said yes yet could not tell me how much til she ran my credit card. Then proceeded to tell me it was$11 more for the wkd, and at frustration to just get a car I agreed. My car was not an upgrade as I was to have an intermediate suv like “ a Nissan Rogue”. In fact I got a compact Nissan Kicks which my 6’5” passenger hardly fit. Just irritated that you charged ME extra, Gabe me a smaller car, and could do so because customers are already angry waiting for so long to get out of the airport8.0 Very good

My truck had no tags on it. My pickup was for 4 pm, but I vwas told that I would have to either go to the airport in the truck with no tags or wait until someone from the airport could bring it. I couldn't believe they asked me to drive a truck with no tags. Eventually some tags were put on the truck and I was on my way.6.0 Okay

My vehicle was in the shop so needed a last minute vehicle. It was a good size. After cleaning it we were able to use for exactly what was needed a short vacation.Cons:
The car was very dirty, it wasn’t vacuumed. I had to dis infect it when I got it home. The windshield was cracked and drips of drinks and what not on the doors and seats. For having to pay $65 per day it was pretty gross.2.0 Poor
