The drop off was a bit complicated since the Budget airport location is closed. Fortunately the Avis people found us and checked in the car. They were all very nice at pick up and drop off10.0 Wonderful

Did not have car I ordered. Tried to get me to take smaller car. I refused. Was given a hard time by salesman and then he went away. Tried to speak to manager, was ignored. Staff very unfriendly. I had to leave without a car. Was a disaster. I went to Avis and was treated as a customer should be. Rented a car to my choice for 2 weeks.Cons:
more honest treatment of a customer. A manager that would listen to my problem. A less hostile attitude. Have used Enterprise in the past, would never use again.Hertz
