Cons: "I expected bigger airplane but it was very tiny and seats were so small and uncomfortable. My back start aching because seats were not soft. Not too much space for legs to get stretch since I have longs legs. I just didn't like the airplan at all. I felt like I just wasted my money. I was just shocked when I saw my plane. I was just insane that I am going on this plane.. I wish I could get the refund back or half of the then money back ."

Cons: "@AlaskaAir I am completely disappointed and appalled at the lack of customer service I received tonight. It seems that someone who was manning your desks decided that they did not want to help us (and other passengers in the same situation) and sent my husband and I on a wild goose chase throughout SFOAfter speaking to many airport personnel, as well as Alaska Airlines baggage employees who were completely unhelpful and boarder line rude, we returned to the unmanned kiosk where we were no longer able to print our passes, nor were we able to speak to a representative. We were forced to stand there as our plane boarded and eventually took off. It is ridiculous that your airline would not staff their counters with someone while there are still flights departing. We are now embarking on a quite lengthy road trip which has cost"

Due to a repair that wasn't done before hand, we had to wait another 5 hours till our plan could leave. This made for a long day and a completely wasted first day of our trip."

Pros: "I liked that when due to a medical reason, I was able to be given the option of rebooking my flight even though there would be a penalty and extra charges and I would need to pay the difference."
Cons: "When I called to rebook my flight within the year and about 3 months in advance of the desired date, unfortunately Latam made multiple errors and also told me that rebooking flights only are eligible for more expensive flights. Even though there were other less expensive flights that I was able to find and see online, they insisted the only flight available had a price difference of $4,000+ dollars. the original ticket was around $550 so this was absurd. Not helpful at all, how frustrating."

The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."

My baggage was misplaced, so I was delayed by needing to fill out forms for lost luggage. Thankfully, it was located before I reached my connecting flight."

Pros: "N/A. Because of bad weather on Vancouver Island, my flight to Vancouver was delayed two hours and I missed my 230p flight to Seattle. Alaska had no other flights available from Vancouver that would get me to San Diego and other later flights that day from other airlines were over booked. I stayed the night and flew out the next morning on a direct flight to San Diego. The flight was fine. The flight crew was nice, they offered us drinks and snacks and the air condition worked. The reason I included the AC is sometimes it doesn't work and that's miserable. There's not too much else to add."

When I got to Vancouver, they said they weren't sure why I was bumped, but there were seats left on the plane. However, I had to go to the gate to change my flight because I had a checked bag. Got to the gate, and of course, it was sold out. And they told me they weren't sure if the 7:30 PM flight would be taking off. So I grabbed my bags, made my way via train/bus/hitchhiking across the American border where my dad picked me up. Never got a single reason why I was bumped in the first place."

Cons: "I got on the second leg of a flight from Seattle to Palm Springs at San Francisco. First, the flight arrived an hour late. Passengers from Seattle said that the loading crew somehow dented the wall to the luggage area (?) and they had to inspect it before flying. When it finally got to SFO, we boarded the plane at first, and then had to deplane back into the airport because they had (over?)filled the wrong fuel tank. So they had to empty that tank and fill another I guess? Don't know if the tank they filled was on the other side of the dented luggage area. The announcements from the desk were puzzling, and tended to be every 10 minutes telling us to wait 10 minutes instead of giving a good estimate so we didn't need to stand at the gate the whole time. After about 50 more minutes we boarded again and the plane took off OK. But there needs to be serious improvement in communication between the crew on the ground (gas & luggage etc) and the pilot and the desk crew, and between all of them and their paying customers."

Pros: "I am 6'6" 300 pounds ... So I regularly book first class for trips over 2 hours in length ... Delta remains my #1 choice for both value and overall experience in first class. The difference between Delta and all other domestic carriers is just overwhelming. United and American/US Air could learn a lot from Delta. I could have flown this trip direct on United, but chose to fly through Atlanta on Delta for less money and a better experience from the baggage check to the gate to the in-flight experience."

Also I almost lost my flight because I had to assist an elderly woman in a wheelchair because someone left her at the wrong gate and no one helped her. Other than courtesy I like Delta..."

The fact that my checked in luggage made it to Palm Springs despite the shorter layover time due to my flight bring delayed from Chicago was a pleasant surprise. I was very impressed to find it as I had already reconciled myself to it not arriving as I had barely made it to gate in time."

We arrived very late to the airport, very close to the cut off time, and the staff let us try and catch the plane regardless. It was my mothers birthday dinner that night, so I am extremely grateful they let us through to try and make our flight. Thanks WestJet!"

Pros: "I liked what my dog liked. She always came out of her hard big kennel wagging her tail. She is small. Her hard kennel is like a hotel room. Iced water. Iced peanut butter. Soft daily blanket to sleep on. The kennel is strapped shut. WJ. Brings me a tag that shows me my dog is on board. I love flying Weat Jet with my dog. Be sure your dog is in a hard covered kennel with lots of room to stretch. Make sure it's strapped solidly shut. Weat Jet gives you plastic straps to do that. DO IT. Don't be lazy about it. Your dog depends on you to make it safe."

Cons: "Had to follow behind other planes to get our turn to take off. I almost threw up because of the smell of exhaust. And it was a very wobbly take off."

Cons: "We printed the baggage tag for 1 bag and went to a person to give away bag and she said you can't take other bag in the carry-on you have to check in that one as well. We told her to take at least this bag with tag she said bring both. Then worst luck, machine I went was out of tag paper so, went to the line again and other side of lady said I don't have the system for bag who have tag on it so she sent us to the other side that girl(same) again said I can take only one with already tag on it You will have to go to the center lane girl (third) now that girl said boarding is already started you might not get you baggage in this flight you will have to wait 2 hours. Like we had our classes as soon as we were reaching yvr. They wasted almost half an hour by sending us back and forth at yyc. I don't understand the fact that how a baggage with tag printed by the employees will be on same flight and baggage with the tag printed by us will be on next flight although we gave both bags at the same time. How stupid is this? I hope not to face this problem again in future."

Cons: "I had a boarding pass, obtained in Toronto, but was told at the gate in Calgary that I was not listed on the flight. Someone else had been given my seat. Fortunately there was another seat so I could fly, but I had to sit in the middle. This is the second straight Westjet trip in which there has been a screup."

Cons: "They would not allow me to gate check my guitar. Insisted on sending it as oversize/fragile baggage and assured me that it would be carefully handled and loaded up through an elevator to a special pickup place. I did NOT like the prospect of dashing from one place to another to retrieve both my suitcase and my guitar. (I am a working musician). Upon arrival, I was advised to go to an elevator on the south side of the building, and attendants would help me. No attendants, nothing. Went to an information booth, and they said "oh no, you need to go to the special American Airlines luggage office [at the far other end of the building] and they will have it." Ran down there....nope, no guitar. They said "oh no, you need to go to this elevator on the north side at the other end of the building." Tore down there....no guitar, nothing. Got the attention of an attendant who said he would ride the elevator down and look for it. I was beyond frustrated and worried. Just then, another attendant called out "oh, a guitar just came out on the carousel!" Yes, the regular luggage carousel, which meant that it had been thrown onto a cart and bounced across the tarmac and tossed onto the conveyor belt like a suitcase, which is EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT DO. It managed to survive, but I cringe at the thought of flying with them again."

Half an hour before the flight was to depart we were told that the plane is her, but it is in the hangar and they are trying to get it to the terminal for loading. (can you believe) Once it miraculously got to the terminal the crew had to do a safety check etc etc and we boarded the flight 30 minutes after scheduled departure time. We were then informed that the plane had to be fuelled with 20,000 lbs of fuel while we were boarded. This took another 20 minutes. Then they had to de ice. We departed 1 hour after the scheduled time. They ran out of meals on row 14. The entertainment system did not work. When the fasten seat belt sign was on and an announcement came on to stay in your seats, people were wandering around aimlessly and the crew never enforced the announcement. All in all a less than satisfactory experience and an airline I would not fly again if I can help it."

One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site."

Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

Upon going to customer service they replied the airline oversold tickets and every airline does this as if to make this practice ok. Well being in sales myself and if I were to sell x amount of product to one customer ( or several) I better make sure I have it all there to deliver. People rely on you schedule wise. It nearly shot a meeting I had to make in the foot. Very disappointed with the airline and the way things were handled."

I was hungry after all the unexpected wait plus the 4.5 hours flight to Chicago. I feel that the airline could offer passengers a meal after all the unexpected delays."

Cons: "I did not like how the lights were kept on for the entire red eye flight. I flew to China last year on a different airline and the plane was kept dark once we took off so people could sleep. I would have preferred if the crew also only gave drinks at the beginning of the flight after take-off and the end before we landed, rather than in the middle of the flight, interrupting people's sleeps. The flight was more expensive than many I saw available and wasn't worth it other than the fact it was a direct flight."

Pros: "The crew had a problem passenger in first class (I was sitting a few rows back on the other side of the curtain. I noticed that the flight attendant was quickly dealing with something in front but kept her calm and didn't disrupt the overall experience of the passengers. When we landed the police boarded and arrested the man. The people around me didn't even notice anything was going on. I congratulate the Air Canada crew for keeping their cool and they obviously get good training to help them out in these situations."

They kept seating on the back row of the plain and blamed me for not calling ahead to “let them know I was wheelchair assist so they could reseat me” BUT...they won’t answer you call unless it’s 24 before your flight and then to check at the airport who then tells us it’s out fault cause we didn’t call more then 36 hrs ahead...YOU CANT CALL THAT FAR AHEAD...and ...get this “they don’t have wheelchair assist on my ticket/file”. I about lost my mind over the hours on hold and every different answer as to what what to do and in the end blamed us. ASTONISHING TO ME. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE ON-BOARD TO ANNOUNCE THEY ARE THE BEST AIRLINE IN NORTH AMERICA 2019...HORSE PUCKY!!!"

Very scary experience overall on the runway, but they tried to handle it as smoothly as possible under the unusual circumstances."

You have to wait on a bench until they call your name and they don't care if your flight is about to be boarding. I understand that immigration is necessary but they could at least have people form a queue instead of having us wait for our names to be called. I told them that my flight would be boarding in 25 minutes and they told me "Oh, don't worry, they'll just put you on the next flight". But when I got to my airline to check in, they charged me $150. I needed that $150 to pay some bills when I got back home."
