In this day when EVERYONE uses them you are going to punish economy??? If you offer WiFi on the big ALaska planes then it should be offered on all of them. Not sure how hard it would be to wire in charge ports but someone should be working on that."

When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."

At the gate I got bumped from my reserved aisle seat to a window. Not a huge deal for a one-hour flight, but the "free seat reservations" are indeed "free" but not "reservations".
The flight was around one hour late, with no explanation, took 30 minutes or so for boarding, and when we landed in Vancouver the grounds crew was not prepared, which took another 30 minutes of waiting around. All around was very late for my arranged meeting time.

Our entire flight with Air Canada was cancelled and we were switched to United. We were originally scheduled to depart Orlando at 10 AM and arrive around 5pm. Instead we departed Orlando after 4PM and did not arrive into Quebec until 3AM! Horrible experience. Makes me really not want to travel by air anymore.
Decent legroom. Aircrews were friendly. The whole trip was only one and half hours long, so it was easy to make it right and not much to complaint about.
