Quick, efficient, incredibly kind staff. It was a short flight (50 min)but still received beverage service. Treated my 5 year old like a star. Just endlessly appreciative.

It was good. Friendly and helpful staff and the flight on time.

My main complaint is specifically with having booked through kayak. Our flight was delayed and I was no longer able to access my boarding pass through the kayak app. Fortunately I had screen capped it. If I had not it would have been critical problem while boarding.

Lots of turbulence in last 45 minutes, but captain kept us very well informed, which was a big help to a nervous flyer.

I never received a full itinerary of my round trip. I only received the outgoing flight on Sun Country to Baltimore. Throughout my stay in the Baltimore area I kept checking for the information on my return trip to Portland, I didn't receive it in timely manner, so I booked another flight. I received the return flight information on the Alaska flight booked via your sight upon returning to my home in Oregon. The cost of my ticket on Price line was $247.27. The flight was Alaska Airline Flight 9. The confirmation number is YWHLPB. Please be advised I purchased Insurance for this flight. The reference number is UVCV4-X4TK9-INS. Im not sure what could have been better. flight was quick and efficient, everyone was kind and made the experience far better than other flights I have made. This is specific to the Santa Rosa Airport crew.

The flight attendants are very friendly and courteous. Excellent service.

This was not an Alaska Airlines flight, it was American Airlines flight operated by SkyWest. The aircraft was narrow body ERJ175. But it is a modern regional jet and relatively comfortable.

Smooth and quick, no wait and no hassle. Everything was on time and even the pretzels were good. Thank you!

I got a round trip ticket from LAX to Omaha, no stops. In the departing and return flights passengers had to take a shuttle from the gate we were told we would board at or (when returning) deplane from. To get to the shuttle there was a flight of stairs to haul our luggage, and when returning we had to all take the same outdoor stairs to get to the actual LAX terminal. For a $600.00 ticket I’d expect better experience, other passengers were saying the same. Also, leaving Omaha we were told there was no space for our carry on luggage for our boarding group, and had to check our bags. When I got on the plane there was room for more luggage in the overhead compartments.

Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.

Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.

They separated our seats and moved us to the back of the plane. Hundreds of dollars and thousands of miles used and this was my platinum member experience.

Since it wasn’t a Delta flight, I was not able to sit with my group and there was no entertainment.

Three adults, three children. They did not give us seats together. Two seats together, in row 23, one in 13, one in 14, one in 10, and one in 17. When we got on the plane, the crew tried to ask people to move but basically threw up their hands. One person moved so we had two pairs of seats together. The 1.5 year old sat on a parent's lap (despite having paid for his own seat).

AC barely worked on a 50 minute flight. It was very warm the whole flight. Flight was very bumpy and hard landing.

Got on the plane and then needed to deboard the plane because they didn’t have any pilots?

The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.

Rough day of travel all the way around. Wrong info given to us multiple times and mistakes in their booking making our trip 10 hours longer than planned. I’m bummed because I fly Delta all the time and love them. Mistakes happen. Just bummed that this was a rare trip our whole family was traveling together.

This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.

The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.

Was realllly smooth. It was delayed but we were well informed.

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.

The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.

Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.

Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.

The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.

Flight delayed over three hours. Arrived into SFO during rush hour and what would have been a one hour drive home took more than 2 hours. Very poor UNITED AIRLINES!!

I had a problem checking in as I didn’t have the correct code. I had to phone BudgetAir.com. They charged me an additional 174US for some tax or something in order to provide me with my booking number. I will never use a third party seller again. Absolutely criminal activity. But I did get to where I wanted to go

My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.

It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.

Never been on a long haul flight that didn't have on flight entertainment. I hope the way back is better !

It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

Needs to be clearer about baggage allowances upon purchasing tickets

Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto

Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it

Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.

YYZ air Canada security messed up which led to my kids missing their flight and having to go on a separate flight later in the day without the rest of the family. Customer service was horrible and have no sense of urgency or compassion for their customers. They refuse to compensate for their errors and making my kids wait hours in the airport. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this airline and I won’t be flying with them again.

United did not permit online check-in from home as document scans were not getting uploaded. This should be fixed their app

Cancelled flight had to fight for a hotel voucher and lost my upgrade. Not great business.
