Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to public transport, tourist sites, and local amenities. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, cleanliness is a major concern for many guests, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, poor housekeeping, and unpleasant odors. Noise levels, particularly from the street and within the hotel, also detract from the stay for some visitors. Overall, while the location and service are highlights, improvements in cleanliness and soundproofing are needed.
