Pros:Process for renting very eas Rental process easy, staff friendly and helpful with luggage. Bus for pick up and drop off readily available. Attractive new car.Cons:The car only had 1400 miles on it but when sitting at a light it would frequently feel like it was going to stall. Fortunately it never did. In addition, I returned the car early due to the coronavirus and was told I would get money back for the early return but later found out that you would only give me a credit. I was not happy as this was my first car rental in 5 years and i have no trips planned for the next 12 months. i wouldn't have returned it early if there wasn't a pandemic and think the company should be more flexible than their "normal" policy of providing credits... think you should reconsider your policy due to circumstances.Reviewed 9 Apr. 2020

ExcellentPros:Picking up the car took only 10 minutes. The car was in perfect condition and was brand new. The price was perfect and they didn't surprise me with any hidden fees. The drop off also went smoothly. Took me less than 10 minutes to drop it off and I was on my way. Great service. Will recommend and return for future rentals. Thanks!Reviewed 25 Nov. 2017

Pros:Everything went smoothly apart from the fact that the first car which was offered had terrible alignment. Sixt however very promptly switched cars for us very quickly and also upgraded us.Reviewed 5 Dec. 2019

Rude and Vindictive ManagementCons:Management was nasty and vindictive. A $13.99 charge was billed to me because I drove less than 70 miles. In the small print it said that if a gas receipt was not shown upon return of the vehicle this charge would be made because they had to check to see if the tank was full. I had dropped off the car when they were busy, they told me to just leave the key and asked if everything was okay with the car. I told them yes and that I had just filled the tank. The manager, Natali Hernandez, lectured me for 5 minutes about company policy and even knowing that no gas was necessary to put in the car and that I had been told to leave the car without telling me that I would be charged for not showing a gas receipt, she insisted that I get a paper receipt to show her before she would refund the charge. She knew full well that I had returned the car full and enjoyed her power over me in this situation. She smirked at me when I returned with the receipt and seemed to enjoy the frustration and inconvenience that she had caused me. This person should not be allowed to deal with customers.Reviewed 24 Nov. 2017

Worst rental experience, will never use Sixt againPros:NneCons:Over 7 employees were at the office and only one person was helping customers while the other 6 stood around drinking coffee. The car had food crumbs in it and the steering wheel was sticky. I will never use Sixt again and will actively warn others with the experience I encountered.Reviewed 4 Jan. 2017
