Flight was cancelled so had to change my reservation to a day later and was told the price had changed - doubled, in fact. $300 cancellation fee, so I had to pay double the price. Was supposed to pay about $500 and ended up paying $1,200.Reviewed 5 Mar. 2023

Konrad is a star. He was helpful (and not in a pushy way) on what terrain to expect and needs for space. Just fantastic as was his colleague. who actually brought the car to us for our convenience. SUPER. Drop off at the Edinburgh Airport is not intuitive and quite difficult in the dark and rain.Reviewed 24 Dec. 2022

Total lack of transparency regarding the daily price. We prebooked/prepaid a class and the end charge was double what we expected. No mention at the counter. You don’t get a copy of the invoice at drop off - you get it days later and then they make it difficult to see the charges/details. Unacceptable customer experience with Sixt.Reviewed 13 Aug. 2022

Make sure when you’re in Scotland you’re aware business close at 16:00 on weekdays. We arrived after that and SIXT charged us, wouldn’t let us cancel and wouldn’t refund us moneyReviewed 18 Jul. 2022

Upgraded to a BMW, just to find out that the car had big vibrations when going over 40 MPH, not sure if it was because of many dings to the aluminum wheels, but regardless disappointed.Reviewed 25 Sep. 2021
