This rental company is a complete ripoff. They overbook cars and had nothing available when we arrived. They offered us a truck for $1,000 extra over what we had prepaid. They gave us no refund bc they said we were early for the reservation (11 am for a 12 noon reserve.). We went back to the central car reservation area where all reps of other agencies told us horror stories about this organization. DO NOT USE. We loved Arnold Clark - the only inconvenience was we had a hard time finding the pickup spot to bring us to the car rental place - it’s not located right at the airport - just a 3-5min drive but it’s not clearly marked where you go. But the staff was fabulous, car was super comfortable, and we would definitely go with them again - great value!Reviewed 26 Sep. 2022

Pickup took around two hours and they didn’t have our car ready for us and said we were too early (15 min before the scheduled pickup time) so we were up charged into a more expensive car. However, the car itself was great and drop off was easy. The staff who work there are also lovely and trying their best, just feels like they’re a bit understaffed for the demand.Reviewed 8 Sep. 2022

Pickup was a slow process. Very crowded in small space. Drop off was super nice at the Omni parking garage. Thanks to the staff for all the help in dropping off at a different location.Reviewed 17 Aug. 2022

Inexpensive and friendly, pick up and drop off was easy. It gets really busy so make sure you have enough time. *If you book 3rd party, get your own insurance*. GM has their own insurance for those who didn't get it prior to, but it adds up quick - and most of the unhappy customers around us were upset at the price. If you book directly through them previous to showing up, it is likely cheaper and means you just drop the keys in the box upon drop off. Otherwise they look over it with you, but that was easy. Price was good (a free shuttle away from the airport to get there), staff were really down to earth, dig the place.Reviewed 16 Aug. 2022

I realize that car rental companies make most of their money from selling insurance and "add ons," but the amount of upselling pressure we got from the agent at Green Motion was a huge turn off. It felt like they get you in the door with relatively low on-line prices, but stick it to you upon arrival. We did spring for the extra fee to have automatic transmission, which we were happy to do. (I know automatic transmission is much more in Europe) However not having this option when I booked on line made them seem less expensive that all the other places I looked at, when in fact, they were the same or more expensive. More disturbingly, even though we are covered by our regular auto insurance for rental cars, we purchased the insurance offered when we made our rental reservation, only to be told by person at the counter that the policy was bought wasn't THEIRS and was basically no good. She then tried to sell us their insurance, which would have nearly doubled the cost of our six-day rental, which was already over $1000 for a Toyota Yaris. After we rejected all of the other "options," we were offered an upgrade to a BMW for just an additional $420. I can't imagine that she thought we'd be interested, but this must have been part of her script. Yikes.Reviewed 14 Jul. 2022
