Close location to my house. Affordable prices through kayak.Cons:
I had to do my own run through with the car. When I received the car the gas tank was not full.. upon returning the vehicle I left the tank where I found it plus a little more. When they now did the run through, they come back and tell me to fill it up. I explain to them that it wasn't full when I received it and they proceeded to tell me the extreme gas refilling price. They need to work on further preventing those situations. It was inconvenient and made me spend money that I rightfully didn't have to.2.0 Poor

I arrived right at 2pm on Saturday and the staff said that they were closed and would not provide service. I couldn't even get my car. They were there... just didn't want to serve me. There was another women that was there at the same time and she had the same issue. Poor service. I ended up cancelling my car.Avis

Never even received a vehicle. Got two confirmation emails that my reservations were confirmed and available. Arrived to location and were told they could not contact us and that they had no vehicles.7.2 Good

Pros:
Staff was super rude and unhelpful. Gave me a car that smelled of smoke which could not be smelled because they used the odor extractor but after an hour the stink was noticeable. I requested another car they did not hve any cars in my size so instead of giving me another car they wanted to charge me more for an SUV. Did not have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. It has been a amonth since this happened and they still ahve not refunded me so I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charge.Cons:
Need completely new staff. Disrespectful, Unwilling to help, and the manager is rude. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Did not even refund me for a car returned within an hour of pickup because it had a cigarette smell10.0 Wonderful

They didn't respect our reservation, they told me I could pick the car at 6 and they closed the office at 6, didn't tell me they didn't accept debit card and we had already paid for an insurance but they said they didn't accept it and we had to pay for another one. Worst service ever and a waste of time and money.National
