Cons:I reserved the car with an 11AM pickup time. I called the local office to confirm that this was correct. I reached the airport and the person working there said that they didn’t have anything available, and that their system showed the reservation as 11pm. Hidden costsPros:Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were shuttled to the rental agency and given a car. The car was clean and comfortable. Dropping the car off went smoothly and quickly with no delay getting us to our flight on time.Cons:I was led to believe the price quoted online would include everything. Upon arrival we were informed of the mandatory insurance which was way more than the cost of the rental. It was definitely not what I expected to pay.
