Car didn’t come full of gas. Wasn’t cleaned as well as rentals are usually. Exterior of vehicle had a lot of scratches/dings/etc. Also, backend insurance fees that you have to pay after the fact.Reviewed 6 Aug. 2022

I got to the rental place very late, maybe 1:30am. I never considered my credit card not working in P.R., so when they asked for a "credit card" for the $440 rental fee and deductible it was declined. The guy behind the counter said it was probably because I was using it in PR. I asked if he ad any ideas or tips, to which he replied, "no" and just kicked back to relax. I didn't have cell service so I couldn't even look at my mobile banking app to see what was going on. Eventually I said I have no clue what to do here to which he replied with something along the lines of "It's not my problem". Out of desperation I asked if I could use a debit card this one time. He said, "Sure, I don't care how you pay for it, debit, credit, cash.."Reviewed 23 Jul. 2022

Had a 2021 compact car...easy and free shuttle pick up and drop off from airport a couple min away. People not overly friendly but did their job fine...show up between hours of operation and you should be fine unless you are a Karen!Reviewed 30 Jun. 2022

Tried to decline the collision insurance, and they wouldn't let me. I have rental car insurance with my credit card (almost every visa does), and they said they needed some very specific proof that I wasn't able to obtain on my phone. Tried to show the cardholder terms on the visa website, but the girl at the counter immediately exited the window on my phone when I tried to show her saying she needed a pdf with my card number on it. It really shouldn't be a big deal to just decline the coverage. It's not some legal requirement to have insurance to rent a car. I've simply declined coverage many times at more common rental agencies. The insurance they forced me to buy cost more than the car rental ($120 vs $90). It was a very unpleasant experience, and I'd recommend going to a more commonly known rental agency instead of trying to save the few bucks by renting here.Reviewed 23 May 2022
