Pickup is located outside the airport but the shuttle pickup is convenient. Rental pickup was quick and easy. Friendly staff!Reviewed 13 May 2023

The wait to be pickednup at the airport was horrible, they said 10-15 min, we waited 45 min, called a few times and they said 20 min each time. The checkin process was ok. The vehicle was in bad condition, it was dirty when we received it, the fron suspension was very noisy, sounded like bad ball joints, also when slowing down on the highway their was vibration felt on the steering wheel and front end of the car. The rear struts seen to be blown, we where jumping everytime we hit any bumps on the road. I didnt exchange the vehicle because was in a very short trip and did not had time to deciate to replace it but it was a bad experience.Reviewed 1 May 2023

Bait and switch pricing. All kinds of hidden fees not advertised in the price. Then had multiple regulations never advertised regarding specific insurance types and deductible limits, they wanted to charge me $5,000 as a hold fee for the rental! WORST car rental experience ive ever had. AVOID at all costs. Would never rent from or recommend to anyone.Reviewed 19 Feb. 2023

The car smelt terrible, was missing a hub cap, scratched and dented all around, no arm rests or interior lights in the vehicle. I don’t understand why I even paid for insurance, totaling it would’ve been an upgrade. Never again going through Ace or Charlie Rentals.Reviewed 7 Feb. 2023

Drop off and pick up was easy, the car was a Mitsubishi Mirage and it was pretty beat up. It lacked any kind of engine power, and was scary at times going over all the speed bumps they have. Overall it got us where we wanted to go so I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.Reviewed 14 Jan. 2023
