We'll definitely dispute the charges on the credit card - the car broke down twice and upon our return we were informed that hertz would us call us to ascertain this issue. We got a bill sent to us via email and the phone call from them hasn't happened. We're upset 😡Reviewed 13 May 2023

I like how no one would ever take my complaint seriously. I locked the key in the car and had to find a locksmith to get it open. When I called the company, they told me the information to get local service was on the rental agreement. I explained that the rental agreement was locked in the car! To this date, I've still not heard from them.Reviewed 9 May 2022
