The lines outside the Pick up window was about 85 people deep and there were only 2 Customer Service agents. Each agent took about 20-25 mins per customer. At that rate, my number would have come the next day. Also, your employees were very rude and unhelpful despite my status. After waiting for 1 hour, we left in frustration and hailed an Uber to our destination. Shameful. I regret ever signing up with you guys. Worst experience. The people in this location do not really seem to care about the customer or their work. Zero motivation, Zero interest. They're doing their jobs only 'coz of a paycheck. These lazy and toxic employees will sink your company because they are the ones controlling your customer service experience. Pros:The staff was kind and the car was clean.Cons:We will never again rent from Avis. After traveling all day with 5 kids, renting three cars from this company and having to stand just stand and wait for what seemed like an eternity. The company is poorly understaffed and needs to one up with a much better system because the one in place will nose dive the entire business. Our rental was DOUBLE the price we had paid years prior and the service didn’t match what we paid, not even close.Reviewed 4 Apr. 2021

SmoothPros:We got there at 11am, about 1.5 hours early so we wouldn't have to add an extra day to our rental, and then I realized I completely forgot to gas up.
