The agent was friendly, the insurance offered in the site was not directly with Avis so I ended up buying a second insurance. The wait time to pick up the vehicle was 40 minutes.Reviewed 22 Feb 2024

The lines outside the Pick up window was about 85 people deep and there were only 2 Customer Service agents. Each agent took about 20-25 mins per customer. At that rate, my number would have come the next day. Also, your employees were very rude and unhelpful despite my status. After waiting for 1 hour, we left in frustration and hailed an Uber to our destination. Shameful. I regret ever signing up with you guys. Worst experience. The people in this location do not really seem to care about the customer or their work. Zero motivation, Zero interest. They're doing their jobs only 'coz of a paycheck. These lazy and toxic employees will sink your company because they are the ones controlling your customer service experience. There is a reason Puerto Rico is in such a deep decline.Reviewed 23 Jan 2024
