They told me it was in my interest to get the unlimited tolls package because there was 3 tolls alone between the airport and where I was going. They neglected to tell me these tolls were .50 each. FELT RIPPED OFF!!!!Alamo

Just a bit more knowledgeable about the car that the renter is getting. I was going on a long interstate drive and I was hoping to get a car with driving assistance like lane departure, cruise control, etc. The car did have it however when I had asked the staff at time of pick up, they didn't know5.6 Fair

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness in my rental. It did not look like my rental vehicle was even cleaned or sanitized. I expected more from Enterprise rental especially with the covid-19 pandemic. I made sure to document with pictures all my dissatisfactions and was tempted to let the staff know of them at my drop-off point, but I am truly not one of those consumers, In all honestly this is my first review ever, but Like I said I was disappointed in the initial presentation of my vehicle at my pick-up point.5.2 Fair

The pickup was a disaster and took over 30 minutes because of tablet issues. The car was on EMPTY when I picked it up. The stereo didnt work well, the sound got distorted when you turned it up.10.0 Wonderful
