The hotel is very conveniently located near to a motorway junction and therefore makes a good overnight stop
There was considerable traffic noise from the adjacent motorway; it was necessary to keep the bedroom window open because there is no air conditioning in the room.
Excellent location for anyone driving from UK to Czech Republic or further. The hotel family room comfortably accommodated our family of five. I would definitely choose this hotel on our future travel.
More choices of menu translated into English please.
It was evident that this hotel was run by the family, the whole ambience was one of care and excellence combined with absolute value for money.
We used this hotel as a stop over on the way to Italy from the uk. It was very convinently located just off the a3. The hotel was clean although the bathroom needed updating. Very few of the staff spoke english. The restaurant food was very nice, although when we asked for a menu in english we received a scrap of a4 paper instead of the german menu translated into english, so the choice was very limited ( In the end we simply pointed to a dish another customer was eating and asked for two of them). However I could not recommend this hotel for two reasons. It was about 35degrees and there was no air conditioning so the room was sweltering, and the they played very loud music until at least 11.30pm, which prevented us getting to sleep.
There is a large outdoor area for dining or for talking a walk. The rooms are well equiped and clean. Breakfast was fine and we could have it outside (although we had to ask first). Good for a one night stop-over, very near the A3.
A part of the hotel has been renovated. We had two rooms, one in the renovated part and one in the old part. The rooms in the newer part are much, much nicer. The older part is fine, but very old-fasioned with brown toilet and a small shower for example. I'd have prefered the large "rain" shower and the larger bed, that have been installed in the the new part. One more thing: there was sand in the salad. We were given a new salad and again there was sand in it!
