Granted, I was there over the Holidays, but while some employees were very friendly and helpful, some seemed like they just really didn't want to be there. The room came with coffee service for two, but coffee cups for one. In fact, that lone paper cup was the only cup in the room; no water cups, no glasses. And when housekeeping came in halfway through my stay, they didn't even replace it. Housekeeping was actually the worst part of the stay. One of the hand towels was stained when I arrived, when housekeeping passed through, they replaced my three wash cloths with two washcloths, didn't replace a used towel hanging on a hook and didn't vacuum (or at least not noticeably). Oddly, the front desk staff also doubled as bartenders and food servers in the lounge. I'm guessing this was Hyatt's solution to staffing shortages. Either way, a trained bartender would have been nice. The complimentary breakfast service was a bright spot, with plenty of options and a nice presentation.
