7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. Especially enjoyed reading the thank you card & kit kat.

So i check my card and it said money was taken off my card so I call and she says you have to take that up with the manager. I then asked didn’t you say you where the manager and she told me no and hung up she was very rude and nasty and should not talk to people that was because we were very respectful even after the fact. 3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The price and the location
Cons: The facilities were not clean, whoever cleaned the room did not do a good job at all the floor was not vacuumed or mopped and the bathroom was disgusting!
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was extremely clean and anything I needed, the staff accommodated extremely quickly
Cons: My only complaint were the other guests were kind of loud fairly late at night a couple nights so I didn’t get good sleep until late at night those nights.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed is comfortable and large. The best thing here is the existence of a refrigerator and microwave and the size of the space is really good.
Cons: First, they have a very very bad slow Wifi that barely connects to your phone or computer for minutes until it go off suddenly? The breakfast is nothing but very light snacks without fruits, juice? not even an apple in there? The coffee table is not clean too. I have been to many places worldwide, many hotels. but I did not seem to be uncomfortable as I was here. one of the staff I asked him about a package I'm waiting for that dose not have a tracking number? he told that they will not notify me if a package has arrived but rather I have to get down every day and asked them for it?? even though a package must have my name written on it, and it is a very important package to me? they wont let me know until I asked? this seems to question the honesty of their guests. What I really recommend you to do, is to look for a place that holds respect for their customers above all values.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the rooms, the location, and the decor.
Cons: Miscommunication. One guy showed up at my door about mold in sink (he got the wrong room); people came into my room even though I refused room service. Got charged valet service for two days, even though it was my guest who used the valet.

Pros: The staff are great, gave us a upgraded room at no cost. Really appreciate it.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was perfect for my needs. The staff all the way around was excellent - from car valet to maintenance. The extensive (free) breakfast most appreciated! I love the suite setup, but the heat only seemed to heat the living room, not bedroom!
Cons: The first time I washed my hands in the bathroom sink, it did not drain and it backed up with chunks of something that made it appear someone had vomited in the sink!!! Needless to say, it was disgusting! Maintenance came with a snake and fixed it!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Everything was close. We walk all the time. Thanks!
1.0 Poor
Cons: We both instantly disliked the room given to us. It was a room meant for someone who is handicapped and in use of a wheelchair. We both exited the room and went straight back to the office to request another room. We were then informed that the entire hotel was booked and no other room was available for us to occupy. As we walked the property we counted many rooms that were not being occupied by any persons. The following day we went to the office to file a complaint for the man who tended to us the night of our check in and the actual manager herself denied being the manager and requested that we speak with the housekeeping lady for all inquiries we have. We were in hopes of staying another night with some sort of discount for our troubles and horrible treatment the night before. We were given no sympathy and were told to either pay again for the room or leave the premises. I would never stay or recommend this place to anyone ever!!!! Extremely disappointed in the treatment given to us as customers. The room was filthy and seemed to have never been swept/vacuumed or mopped. Our feet were black within minutes of us removing our shoes. The sheets seemed to never have been changed, there was hair on the sheets that could not been from either of us. Also one of the pillow cases had drops of blood on it. The room was disgusting. The bathtub was extremely slippery and both of us almost fell and went down when entering the shower. Almost as if the shower was never scrubbed clean from any soap scum accumulated from previous tenants. This place was horrible!!

Pros: price was very inexpensive and great location. for a single guy to flop for a day or two good deal but i wouldnt take my mother , family or girlfriend.
Cons: the first night i came to the room with 3 police cars there for an incident concerning other customers. the second night people were slamming doors and loud voices going outside at 3am until i called the office and they did quite them down. the floors were dirty, not mopped well at all.

4.2 Okay
Pros: There were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
Cons: Upon check-in I was told our room was non-smoking, which is what I requested, but when we got to our room it reeked of cigarettes. I went back to the front desk and he told me they are completely sold out for the night. The next morning I spoke to someone else at the front desk and she said that our room is definitely a smoking room. Also the beds are uncomfortable and creak, the lock on the bathroom door was broken, and the bathtub had stains.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was great staff there, it was in a central location for where we needed to be and the hotel was a nice, clean hotel
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: This is BY FAR the WORST Holiday Inn that I've ever been to. Holiday Inn is usually my preferred franchise when traveling, and this location is completely disparaging their reputation. Firstly, the front desk staff was completely unprofessional the evening that we checked in. From appearance, to demeanor, right down to competency. It took FORTY minutes to receive a room key, which we only received after she froze all of the computers trying to check us in. The entire building reeked of a gas leak and was very run down. The bathroom was awful, it flooded, the door wouldn't close, and it made crazy noises. The morning of check out, I decided to check my bank account, feeling nervous about her repeated attempts to run my card, and found that my bank account was almost completely drained. Not only were there MULTIPLE charges, they were ALL different amounts, which leads me to wonder what exactly the staff is doing there. This was a terrible experience and I'm disappointed that Holiday Inn isn't holding every location to its usual standards.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The roof didn’t leak.
Cons: It has had a recent bit of a facelift, but it really needs a lot more to be a 3 1/2 star hotel. One of the entry doors didn’t work so I had to walk away from the front halfway to the back of the hotel with my bags. No breakfast included.
1.0 Poor
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: This facility don't respond to emails,my daughter in the hospital with Covid-19 and they garnished her credit card. Did they really think she was going to check in while she checked in the hospital since 5/6/20...

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that it’s close to the airport. It’s convenient when my husband flies in from work. We can enjoy a nice hotel.
Cons: I didn’t have a bad experience. No complaints here
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very nice and accommodating. They originally gave me a room that wasn't ready but when I told them they immediately switched it and gave me a coupon for a nearby restaurant.
Cons: The room was generally clean but there were some places where the dust had clearly not been cleaned for a while. There was a used cup under the bed and a used pod in the keurig. If it hadn't been during the pandemic I wouldn't have minded but it made me nervous. The room was also not well insulated in terms of noise. There was a lot of noise from the hall, a lot of noise from the road, and I was woken in the middle of the night by loud music. Not sure if it was outside or next door. Also the Wifi didn't work
6.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable room, very amiable staff. Bed was great, jacuzzi tub was a godsend.
Cons: Obviously an older hotel, the room was dated. Bathroom had no fan so it steamed up badly. The sofa bed was stained.
7.0 Good
Cons: Didn’t like the fact that as soon as I went to check in there telling me I’ve got a pay another $25.. I’ve never had that ever happen at another hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and the hotel was clean.
Cons: Parking was not easily accessible and valet was $18 a night. The hotel was not in a great area.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We specifically wanted something within walking distance to the Anchor Bar. It's a strange location, but it was within about 3 very walkable blocks to the restaurant.
Cons: Parking is a challenge. You either pay for their Valet ($18.00 a night) or park in a garage somewhere on the medical campus. This hotel is basically in the middle of a bunch of medical buildings. No other restaurant other than the one in the hotel!
7.4 Good
Pros: comfortable, modern room and it was very convenient to our purpose in buffalo
Cons: front desk staff was rude and treated us like second class citizens. after seeing this listing, we asked the first agent if there was a room and she immediately, without looking, said they were sold out. as soon as my girlfriend started to mention seeing rooms online the manager gave us a line about having to buy online. we had to sit in the lobby and bought the room on the app.. we asked if these rooms were held by kayak and similar companies and the mgr said no. which means they were lying about their availability. my girlfriend and i are both front desk managers at much busier and nicer hotels in Yellowstone, and our staff would be in serious trouble if they treated our guests like we were treated. the bell/valet and housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful!
6.5 Good
Pros: Very good location, clean comfortable room
Cons: Parking is by valet at extra cost. I called in the morning, as instructed, to ask for my car. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we came down to the lobby, they had forgotten to get the car and apologized. Then next morning, I called down again for the car and it still seemed that they hadn't retrieved it when we arrived the lobby. On another note, I told them that the shower light bulb needed replacement and requested firm pillows since the down pillows flatten into a pancake. The bulb was not changed and firm pillows never delivered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to city attractions.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was quite satisfactory. Place was very quiet. As a wearer of false teeth, I thought breakfast toast was too difficult to chew.
Cons: I thought that covers on beds could have been easier to pull up should one have wanted coverage over one's head. Cover could have been a little "fluffier" and perhaps warmer. If there had been a couple of covers, one could have been pushed down.
7.7 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to downtown. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
Cons: Parking is limited due to its location. It's all paid parking or street parking unless you want to pay for valet parking through the hotel.

Pros: Convenient to Botanical Garden Orchid show.
Cons: They did not keep control over the hockey team that ran amok around the hotel esp. Friday night. After 2 nights of very poor sleep and having to work long hours afterward, I am now sick. Two friends that were at Country Inn close by had no such trouble.

Pros: Price and confort
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. Especially enjoyed reading the thank you card & kit kat.
Cons: The breakfast was not up to what I'm used to at Hampton Inns. The scrambled eggs were watery, the fruit was soggy, soft and seemed ready to go bad. The Hampton Inn in Hamburg has mango smoothies. They are a huge reason why I prefer staying at that hotel when south of Buffalo.
