I transited Narita on flight to Jakarta. Incoming flight (Air Canada) was delayed almost 2 hours but despite eventually only having less than an hour to catch my connecting ANA flight - with some running between gates - I was convinced my luggages will not make it to Jakarta but they did! Bravo! Dreamliner 787 plane was not full though - more should fly ANA!

ANA is tue best when you flying to and from Japan. Boarding, comfort, and crew are excellent. My only, which is very minor, was the food. It could’ve been better.

get to the gate fast if you have a connecting flight, especially if you only have 30 minutes between flights.

Vietjet still requires CASH(!?!?!) payments at NRT to pay for increased baggage allowance. No other modern carrier requires their customers to pay ground staff in cash. It's 2024...make the check-in experience better, simpler, more efficient for your ground staff and, more importantly ,for your passengers by offering CREDIT CARD payment option!

Flight from New Delhi to Tokyo was mediocre. The seats were not of business class as we are used to. They were not wide enough. On the other hand the seats on the flight from Tokyo to San Francisco were excellent every thing were great except the food. Tokyo business lounge was excellent. The whole experience was great except the food on the plane. Will still fly JAL.

On the other hand the seats on the flight from Tokyo to San Francisco were excellent every thing were great except the food. Tokyo business lounge was excellent. The entree wasn’t very good. The rice was soggy. The side dishes were all good though. The breakfast was also good. The crew were excellent, as usual.

JAL using the state of art A350-1000 for JFK to HND It’s a great plane to fly Very comfortable with lower cabin altitude Quieter cabin Wider seats Big tv screen Excellent service and catering

The flight attendants were excellent as usual however the meal wasn’t the usual good quality. There is cooked rice was mushy.

This flight was leg 2 of 2 leg journey. The staff at baggage re-drop in Tokyo were fabulous. Once at gate when time to board, had to take standing room bus to the tarmac to board. Did not like getting out to plane and having to wait 5 minutes until they opened bus door.

It's a domestic flight, but still the JAL quality shone through. The crew were polite and helpful and even prepared little gifts / souvenirs for the children on the flight, and everyone got a simple drink. The free wifi for entertainment on the personal device was also a great boon, and the shows surprisingly decent. Would recommend.

Allow gold card holders (Group 1) to board with their guest like other One World carriers do

Checked baggage process is confusing and time consuming especially when checking oversized bags. Very slow agents didn't help.

Website from the 1990s, super frustrating customer support, inflight experience merely OK - more like United than e.g. Emirates

The seats are significantly more comfortable than US airlines and the staff are much friendlier. The food is also much better, as they are particularly accommodating to any dietary restrictions.

Easy to board and fly, no frills. Yummy ramen on board.

It was for the most part a 10/10 they said they had entertainment options but all they had was old movies for streaming from the mid 2010’s so like 10 years ago

all good for a very budget flight - well priced and excellent service. Will fly again

Couple of the crew members were really nice and the rest are really rude and didn't help when we needed help, food was not worth it at all and most importantly there's no even entertainment system other than a very interruptive and slow internet and some movies.

I appreciate the economy price of the tickets. The long flight made the comfort level on the lower average side. Wi-Fi connection was not consistent but working. Overall, I would fly again with zip air but next time get the flat, premium seats with the amount of money I would save otherwise.

Comfortable seats and lucky no one was in middle seat. No water on the plane. Plane was on time and staff was fast.

You get what you pay for and nothing more. Wanted a cheap flight and that’s exactly what I got, though it’s human nature to wanting to feel like you got a good deal as well. There was none of that here. I was cheap and they were too. Got to my destination safely and that’s all that really matters.

Nice service. I wish it could provide hot water on the flight.

internet didn't work. No offer of drinks or snacks.

Flight was seamless. Free wifi helped pass the time. Food was okay, just make sure you pre order or pick something up from the airport

No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Your check in lines were terrible everything else was great!

flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Super delayed. Delayed to get the bus, delayed to get off the bus, delayed to take off.

exceptionally good with the particular flight because no delay. hope that happens for every flight

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

Kind of worried due to typhoon but yeah we can't do about nature thing. So okay naman kudos to all crews and pilots for the safe landing.

it was good experience though we wait for a minutes in the railday due to no available parking. Keep it up all..

I was memorable! THIS FLIGHT WAS ALL ABOUT WAITING! WAITING TO BOARD SINCE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. WAITING IN THE RUNWAYS NO AVAILABLE PARKING BAY. FOR THE LAST TIME WAITING FOR FOOD COMPENSATION

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.

Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy

The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.

They wouldn't even allow us to bring water from the fountain on board the aircraft.

Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation

Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.

Too many flight delays. Airport terminal serving Boracay needs upgrades.

Over 6 hours delayed.. using philippine air fleet planes are beat up dirty and uncomfortable. Have been flying air asia for over 4 years from Manila to Tokyo and kansai as well as several local flights from Manila to Bacolod and Cebu.. 3 planes were down for maintenance and caused havoc.. need to invest in new fleet or seriously clean and upgrade the existing fleet. Will not be flying anymore until fixed. Several options out there now to choose from as air asia prices have skyrocketed.. no point in using them anymore . Severally upset passenger here. They can’t even manage the queuing of Zones for boarding as it’s a crab fest free for all now. No discipline and let the passengers in line to board just run into any lane possible.. and priority luggage?? Forget it I’ve paid for it for the last 6 flights and never got it first.. air asia has turned into a expensive joke.. use Cebu pacific or zip air now..

We had three flight delays before eventually taking off 3 hours late. Inflight service was very limited, but it was a relatively short flight. Luggage was delivered promptly.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Seat pitch is narrow moreover the agent assigned seat in front of emergency exit window which is not reclined. A terrible 4hr 40min flight from HAN to DPS

Horrible! As an Asian, they look down on their own skin color. Disgusting people and airlines. If you are white, they will worship you

1-Airlines did not send any info to inform the clients about changing fight number. 2-Delayed too long on runay without any explanation

체크인을 담당하는 승무원이 아주, 몹시 불친절하고 전문성이 현저하게 떨어졌습니다. The flight attendant in charge of the check-in was very, very unfriendly and markedly less professional.

VietJet was 2 hours late, but Kayak is not able to track my travel correct.
