Pick up was interesting, no one at the counter and a 35 min wait for the shuttle for pick. That was the only mediocre part of the whole experience. Everyone was nice and friendly and counter help and drop off went with ease.Reviewed 18 Aug 2024

Rental counters at MSP are quite a distance from the terminal. Not the rental agencies fault it’s the airport. Once arriving at the rental counter the experience was very smooth. Checked in, shuttle to the off-site location met at the door by an agent who performs the car walk around with you and you’re away. Return was simple, pull into the designated area. Met by an agent. A walk around, check of the mileage even though it’s unlimited, asked if I needed a ride to the airport. Walk the short distance to the shuttle, board and taken to the drop off location at the airport. Off-site at MSP actually seems better than the onsite. Upon your return to the airport you cut the distance to the terminal by about half. Rather nice if you’re limited on time getting checked in and going through security.Reviewed 13 Aug 2024
