No one answers the phones at Budget. The same voice menu prompts all take you to lost and found. Upon finally getting someone to confirm that Budget staff will be at the airport despite a late arriving flight, security told us they left 15 mins before I walked in (i.e. after the flight had actually landed). Avoid this place! At counter I was told they didn’t have the pickup truck I reserved. Attitude was kind of like “oh well, sucks for you “ I persisted and was given an upgrade type of pickup but it took a very long time with lots of confusion. My daughter rented from her 2 weeks earlier, exact same experience. Waste of money!Reviewed 22 Nov 2023
