Pick up took an hour.....two inexperienced ladies were having a hard time. The two ladies who were in front of me when I arrived were still there an hour later.....no car. A manager came in, thankfully, and took over my transaction and made it infinitely better. Wish I had gotten his name...in Minneapolis, short, dark hair, early 50's from New Jersey....thanks to whoever he is. Otherwise car was fine, drop off was excellent.Reviewed 25 May 2023

The car and the price were good. The execution of the contract was inefficient as I had to renue a second contract for the second month and it wasnt easy. Also the price ended up being more than the original quote by about $150 but was still a reasonable price.Reviewed 1 Sep. 2022

The reservation was easy to do, made for a 3:00 pm pickup, but when I got to the office at 2:30 pm no one was there and someone else was waiting also. But when the arrived they were courteous and I was out of there in 10 minutes. I dropped the vehicle off about 30 minutes early and they just asked if tank was full and it was so he said thanks and I was gone. Location is great- I was able to ride my bike over to pick up the SUV. Not very personable service- I was checked in, signed the papers and given the key, then pointed in the general direction of the vehicle. No one walked out of the office with me, nor went over the car to look for damage or milage. I had to figure out on my own how to put the seat down so I could load my bike. When I opened the back, I saw an old coffee or other drink spill down the side of the trunk area. After loading my bike I got into the driver seat and noticed that the vehicle interior was dirty- dirt on the floor, dusty console, etc. I had to get to work so I took the vehicle as is. When I returned it I did inform the person that I handed the keys to that the car was dirty when I received it. Overall the vehicle fit my need and the location was convenient.Reviewed 30 Jul. 2021

Pros:I was able to drop the car off at the airport.Cons:When communicating by phone I would have liked to talk to someone in Minneapolis or at least the US not someone out of the country. minneapolis reviewPros:Customer service was very professional. I mistakenly made the reservation for downtown Minneapolis instead of the airport. We picked it up there, but they allowed for return to the airport and waived the additional fee which was extremely helpful on our return.Cons:The car had a perfumey smell that we couldn't get out and it really bothered us. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine. The car was in good shape, no technical difficulties; felt safe.Reviewed 28 Aug. 2018
