Pick up was poor. Customer service told me to go sit down my car wasn ready. Wouldn't take the time to discuss if a similar car would be available. Just repeating go sit down. Waited nearly 30 minutes to get a car. When I finally got my papers there were several cars that were the exact same make and model as what I got sitting in the row.Reviewed 24 Apr. 2023

Dollar added an insurance charge that was more than the rental charge after I asked for minimum insurance. My bad for not reviewing the paperwork at pickup.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2023

It took over 1 1/1 hours to get the car. There was only four people in line Employees at the counter seemed to be contract employees for Thrifty, dollar and hertz. They took hertz customers first During check in there was no one there you just left the car in the lineReviewed 13 Jul. 2022

Waited in line 90 minutes, then was told after getting checked in it was another hour wait for my vehicle. Finally got called to go to pick up my vehicle and got to a 2nd counter in the rental ramp, only to be told there is no vehicle, and that they were all reserved....confused because I also reserved a vehicle, I asked why did I have to wait an hour just to be told there was no vehicle, their response was "we were hoping a return would have been made in that time, try renting from avis". So went up a floor, stood in line another hour, and while I was in line I reserved, paid for and checked in for a car, and once reaching the front of the line, was confirmed and sent on my way. The fastest part of dollar was getting my rental voided. Avis was much better than dollar.Reviewed 14 Jun. 2022

We reserved and paid for a 7 passenger SUV. They gave us a 5 passenger car. It took three times of us going up to the car on the airport parking garage and back to the counter inside to get it right and then they forgot to give us the correct ticket to scan to leave the airport. It took over an hour to get the act picked up and leave the airport because of this.Reviewed 30 Nov. 2021

Rental counter had a wait, only one issuer - and we weren’t explained how to retrieve the car. Also expected to pay the price listed but weren’t told airport fees, other fees and mandatory insurance costs prior.Reviewed 29 Nov. 2021

There was only one person working the counter and it took around 40 minutes to get checked out.Reviewed 20 Oct. 2021

The car had multiples dents and blemishes all around it. When I asked a Dollar employee to document the dents, she told me that they don't do that any more. Said I should just take pictures of each and then show them to Dollar if they try to say I caused the dents. Putting the burden on me to prove I did not do something after the fact when I am telling them about it ahead of time is wrong. And since I don't get anyone to check in the car upon return (you leave the car and they mail you a receipt later), again the burden is upon me to prove I did not do something after the fact.Reviewed 13 Sep. 2021

had to wait-out of vehicles, did a pre drive walk around and did not look at the drivers door-got to first stop and noticed dent, had a sticker on it but wanted to contact your lovely Asian CSR-what a nightmare just to contact the MSP airport division to verify-absolutly shameful! Anyway Miriam the original MGR to see us out was nice enough to scratch the fuel charges as we waited 2 hrs to get a vehicle! All good in the end-see you next year! Great service and reasonable upgrade which really helped. The online reservation system was super buggy and required multiple attempts to get the rental confirmed.Reviewed 25 Jul. 2021
