e sure to read the fine print. I was quoted 149.00 for 7 days total. Yes it sounds to good to be true and it was. I even have the email that I have read over and over. When I arrived in Puerto Vallerta the price was closer to 500.00. I should have known better,. Their customer servoice was not the best. I walked next door to AVIS and rented a car for 450.00 for 7 days on the spot. I would not recommend ACE ever.....,Reviewed 10 Mar. 2022

This place doesn’t seem to exist. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. Wound up without a car for a couple days and then got hosed through a different company for not having a prior reservation. I won’t say it ruined my trip, but it certainly added a lot of unexpected stress and expense.Reviewed 29 Jan. 2022

I made the reservation of a car ahead of time to avoid problems, when I got to ace, it was not the car I had reserved, I showed them a picture of the reserved car and they wanted more money, the price was $ 80.00 Dollars and they wanted to charge me $ 190.00 Dollars plus insurance. I'm sorry, I didn't accept, I rented a car in another rental car.Reviewed 28 Jul. 2021
