My Worst experience of renting a vehicle from a company in 10 Years. They drop extra fee on you and force you to pay it or you won’t get the vehicle, fees that my booking said was (already included). Then at check out they have someone to inspect the vehicle for dents and starches she did a check but only. Noted 3 Marks, so I came out the vehicle and saw 7+ more Marks on the vehicle that she didn’t write down. As soon as we landed, I received a text with instructions on what to do next. We jumped on the shuttle and got our car. We didn’t have any kind of what or any issues. When we returned the car, it was the same. No waiting and a quick shuttle ride back to the airport. It was 2 adults and 4 kids and 7 suitcases and 6 backpacks. We got a brand new Chrysler Pacifica van, that had 1000 miles on it. Very nice car that fit all of us and our luggage. It was great all around, renting from Ace.Reviewed 28 Nov. 2023

Arrived later due to travel delays. Office number went straight to voicemail and told to call during business hours. Family and luggage stranded at the airport had to get a rental from a real rental company. Never received a follow up call from the message I left. I recently rented a car from Ace car rental orlando airport during my trip to Orlando and, unfortunately, I must report that my experience was far from satisfactory.Upon arrival, I learned that the rental place was a 10-minute shuttle ride from the airport. This wouldn't have been an issue if not for the rental shuttle service. The driver was notably rude and seemed to have a limited understanding of English, which made communication frustratingly difficult. This was the first red flag that hinted at the service quality I was about to receive.The process at the rental office didn't improve things. Despite explaining that my basic insurance was already covered through my credit card, I was coerced into taking additional insurance Speaking of the booking, the total cost of the rental was another major point of contention. The amount I ended up paying was more than double the price I had initially signed up for on their website. This lack of transparency in pricing was not only misleading but also put a significant dent in my travel budget.Had I been made aware of these issues – the poor shuttle service, the aggressive upselling of insurance, and the misleading pricing – I could have made a more informed decision and likely chosen a different company for my car rental needs.In summary, my experience with Ace car rental orlando airport was far from pleasant, highlighted by poor customer service and a lack of transparency. The car itself was fine, but the overall experience was poor. Pick up did not go well having to wait 20+ minutes for the airport shuttle, then a further hour or so sorting out all the paperwork. This included being told I had to pay extra for 'their insurance' having already upgraded insurance on the original booking. When I booked the car it was good value for money but with this 'extra insurance' that they insisted I purchased it was comparable with other more reputable brands. To be honest, I was fearing the worst dropping the car back. There were several stressed customers there not happy about the insurance 'extras' and/or the time it was taking (reflecting my own experience). However, drop off was relatively straightforward although I was kept waiting about 20 minutes for the shuttle to return me to the airport. Its a company completely unorganized and we shouldn't be booking through QEEQ at all this company keeps lots of hidden information and we cant buy insurance when we go through this company and Ace discourages to book through QEEQ and while talking they cancelled the reservation and asked me to contact QEEQ for reversing the payment. But the issue is by the time I am at the counter but my booking was not processing there. it was horrible and the last minute noncooperation is painful and troublesome. I would never book through QEEQ again there is a big difference in what they are offering and what we are actually getting in real time.
