Staff very polite and helpful. I was convinced that I needed physical damage insurance from your website, so I purchased it. Then, when I arrived in Spain, I was led to believe by the car rental company that it was not sufficient coverage at all, and was basically coerced into buying yet more coverage. So, I bought two separate insurance policies for the same vehicle and time period. Not real happy with this arrangement. In the future, I'm thibking my best bet would be to simply rent directly from the rental car company. Caveat emptor.Reviewed 17 Nov. 2022

Staff were very friendly at pick up in Barcelona and drop off in Madrid. Ricky was the agent in Madrid and he was great! Staff also spoke English in both locations.Reviewed 15 Oct. 2022

Pick up and drop off were both efficient and the staff friendly. The car, however, was almost out of gas and did not drive well. It surged while driving non the highway and also the engine would randomly surge while stopped at a traffic light. It was so bad that I debated whether to trade in the car for another once I reached my destination. Would not recommend their cars based on the quality of the vehicle and being provided a car in which I had to fill the gas tank in before I could begin my journey.Reviewed 9 Dec. 2021
