When I made the reservation online it was for a truck...and a reservation confirmation was sent to me. Then I got a call from the company while I was driving to the store to pick up the truck, because they actually don't have a truck but they can give me a van with the same price. When I got the invoice it was 20 cad more...finally I ended renting a truck the next day in the morning from enterprise...Improve your service...Reviewed 10 Jan. 2024
