The rental sales agent responsible for the budget store at the London International Airport (Ontario) was extremely sleazy. He attempted to claim that the credit card I was using for rental did not have insufficient funds, even though I had been with my bank representative over the phone who confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my card. The agent simply refused to rent the car, which made the entire situation definitely sketchy. I did not rent the car with Budget, and had to look for another rental company to find a car at the last minute, since it was an urgent matter (by the way, my credit card worked perfectly with the other rental). 0 out of 10 would do business again with this store, and I do not recommend it to anyone else.Reviewed 9 May 2022
