Pros:The Customer Service at the pick up and drop off were really friendly, helpful and on the ball. The price was as expected from my booking, and I was happy with $20/day for the car.Cons:The pick up location was changed via email less than 1 day from the pick up time (car was booked 5 days in advance). Every time I spoke with an Avis CSR on the phone, I was given different information as to why that is. The website is inconsistent with information about that as well, as I can still book at the 'closed' location. Very frustrating to be given different bits of information over and over again. It started with me calling in to confirm my reservation and costs (1 day after booking) and everything, including the pick up location, was confirmed. To the follow up calls about the change in location and the change in drop off location without notice. Definitely frustrating and still trying to work this out.Reviewed 28 Jun. 2017
