We had to wait for the car a bit at pick up, and it took a while to go through the upsell for the insurance. The drop of time was not moved to when we actually left the lot, so we lost an hour. Since this was a one way rental, I expected the one way fee, but still felt it was very high. At drop off, the staff in Hermossillo was not able to credit the damage deposit back, we had to call the office in Puerto Vallarta and give them the card information over the phone. I would have expected would have expected that they would have been able to do this via computer. All that said, the car drove well, had excellent gas milage, and was comfortable for 2.Reviewed 26 Jan. 2022

Cons:Plane arrived late, there was no one at the Alamo counter in the airport despite still being within hours of operation. I was told they close at any time if they no longer have cars to rent, but then my reservation was not honored. Will never rent from Alamo again, poor customer service in puerto Vallarta.Reviewed 15 May 2021
