Pros:We got a free upgrade.Cons:It took us quite a while to find a car in the parking garage. There were not overhead signs directing us to the right spot. Finally we found an employee who showed us where the car wash.Reviewed 10 Jul. 2020

Cons:I ordered an Audi Q7 and they didn't have it when i went to pick up my rental so they gave me a Infinity Q60 instead... If i wanted it a Infinity i would have rented one.
