Pros:Easy drop off and rental return is right across from Delta terminal.Cons:Only problem we had is that the published information on the Salt Lake City location did not indicate they were open 24 hours. I had trouble multiple times connecting to an associate and then ultimately call dropped. UnprofessionalCons:I called Enterprise because of a flight delay and the rep there said to call when we arrived and they would arrange to stay longer than the midnight closing time. I called right at midnight, when we arrived. No answer.They were shut tight. So, I went to another rental and paid a lot more. Great Value and ExperiencePros:I booked a full size car, and when I arrived I was given a fully loaded Ford Taurus. It was almost brand new, very clean, and had all of the bells and whistles. The customer service was also excellent, and the ease of picking up and dropping off the car was impeccable.Cons:There was nothing bad about this experience.
