Professional staff for both in and out. Hyundai was a hybrid ran great and all week on 7 gallons of gas...nice ride. Drop off took les than a minute. Got receipt via email as promised. Cost was less than expected. I will seek them out again on my next trip.Reviewed 17 Apr. 2023

I thought the new arrangement of terminal & rental cars at BDL was horrible…it used to be that the Rental cars were located adjacent to the Terminal, and now they have been moved to a space nearly 500 yards from Baggage Claim #1….and it’s up hill…!! AWFULReviewed 20 Mar. 2023

The air conditioning was not working in the high mileage car that I was Renting. They tried to talk me into keeping the car because all I had to do is turn the air conditioner all the way down to low and it would work. The guy argued with me for about 3-4 minutes, Before I finally just said give me a different car or I can find a different car rental agency. From there the new car was decent wasn't very clean but drove well.Reviewed 7 Nov. 2022

Pros:Despite the long line and slow processing of customer, Rental Agent, Renee, did a great job turning-around an otherwise unpleasant experience. She apologized for the long wait, and upon hearing how long I had been waiting, she offered to compensate me with an upgraded vehicle, even though she realized I would never make it to my destination on-time, at that point. Renee was pleasant and helpful.Cons:Upon arrival at the Alamo/National location, the line for service was extremely long, only the National desk was open apparently servicing both Alamo and National rentals, and the speed at which the rental agents were processing customers was very slow. Some folks, especially those that had more than one person in their party, chose to leave one person in line while they tried the kiosk to automate processing of their reservation; however, the kiosk was apparently hit or miss, as some folks were able to successfully process their rental reservation, while others had to join back in line because the kiosk would eventually error and not finalize their reservation. I arrived at the Alamo rental location about 9:55am, expecting to be in-out within 5-10 mins, leaving plenty of time for the 40 minute drive that lay ahead of me to get to my destination on-time by 11am. As I was alone, I did not dare step out of line to try one of the hit/miss kiosks as others had tried. And, after over 30 minutes waiting in line, it wasn't until 10:35am when I rental agent, Renee, was finally able to wait on me and process my reservation. I arrived at my destination late due to the delay at the Alamo/National rental location, but please note about Renee in the "What did I like?" section, and how she tried to turn my experience around.Reviewed 7 May 2017

Pros:Fuel economyCons:The associated was flabbergasted when I asked for a copy if the rental agreement, where I had declined all insurance, etc. I've had plenty of issues with past rentals to justify this request. After 10 minutes, he returned and told me the copier was broken and he could not provide me with a copy.Reviewed 7 May 2017

Pros:The car was clean, drove well, and it was easy to check in and check out of the rental location.Cons:Hidden fees were annoying. It would have been nice to have the various taxes and young driver fees included in the (Kayak) search and/or initial bill.Reviewed 2 Apr. 2017

The service was good but the car's condition was not.Pros:Checking in and out was quick and easy.Cons:The car was slightly dirty on the interior, it smelled like smoke and the exterior could have used a wash. If I hadn't been in such a hurry and it hadn't been so late, I would have gone back inside and asked them the exchange the car for another one.Reviewed 1 Apr. 2017
