Like every business these days I think the rental lot was a little under staffed so verbal directions on pick up and drop off were lacking but the lot was close to the airport and the shuttle service was quick and easy. All in all the experience was good!Reviewed 1 Nov. 2021

Pros:Staff were very friendly and helpful! And the price was right.Cons:I wish there were a sign that indicated where it was safe to ride over the spikes. We ended up parking outside of the rental location so that we didn't ruin our car. It was also confusing which care rental location to use, because the location on Google Maps no longer exists -- it's now an Amazon location and there's no entrance to the public -- and there were two different car rental locations that listed "Payless" on their signs, so we wasted time driving around until we made some sense of the confusing issues, and we eventually picked one location to see whether it would work out, without knowing for sure that I was in the right place until I actually got inside. Two different people driving around the airport asked me where to find the Payless pickup booth when I still had no idea, so it seems like the setup is a bit confusing in general. PLEASE fix your Google Maps entry, and PLEASE update your signs to make it clear (1) where to go for Payless pickups and (2) where to drive without destroying your car's tires.Reviewed 6 Apr. 2021

Pros:Reserved a economy but they gave us a midsize That’s the only plus. But picking up the car was a 30 minutes wait. Even after we told them we were heading to a funeral the two ladies behind the counter totally disregarded us. As we waited inside we saw how rude they were treating other customers.
