They upgraded me to a”better” car that wasn’t better. I had requested a KIA Soul on the website -/ a car that I have owned and am used to. They gave me an Altima. I am a big man and do not like driving a “low” car. I felt that I was scraping the ground with my butt Also, this location does not have a Dropbox for keys, so I could not drop the car off after hours — NOT convenient Otherwise everything was fine and I will rent from Avis againReviewed 25 Apr. 2023
