Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful at pick-up. Process was relatively quick. Nobody there for drop off so hopefully that went ok. Pros:staff in nyc was good. but they only had large suvs and trucks available. i only needed a small car. so gas was pricey and ride was a bit bumpy. also car only had a 1/2 tank of gas to start. and car had over 25,000 miles on it. but overall it was really fine. and worked out.Cons:would be better if they had the size of car available that one rented. the staff was really good at juggling but they just didn’t have cars ready. staff in albany airport was great.Reviewed 13 Sep. 2020
