The car was filthy and not clean when I picked it up. It seemed heavily of smoke and gas fumes. The fee was astronomical and the representative would not change it to the government rate, even though I showed them the paperwork.Reviewed 23 Oct. 2022

We made a reservation for a truck & made the rental request a week in advance. When we got there to pick up the vehicle, no trucks. They offered us a small SUV which would not fulfill our needs. They gave us no other options. If I had wanted a small SUV, I would have requested that from the options menu.Reviewed 12 Sep. 2022

My pickup could have gone better. There was no one in the building with a sign saying “Go directly to the booth outside”. After I went to the booth they said I could have gotten someone inside to help me. They were out of compact cars so they rented me a Jeep Grand Cherokee for the same price.Reviewed 30 Jun. 2022

Horrible customer service, just unacceptable. Ended up using Uber from the airport to the hotel, and the next day when I called them, Budget’s response was “oh, the person in charge forgot to leave the key for you. But you can come pick your car up now.” And that was after I called them few days in advance, and then once again on the day of arrival, specially mentioning I am traveling with 2 little kids. “Well, we can void the contact if you don’t need the car anymore.” - that was their response to my statement about Budget’s bad customer service. So that’s what I did - I asked them to cancel. If this is how they run business, I don’t think I want to be part of it.Reviewed 26 Jul. 2021
