They had one person working and then two...it was over an hour in line which is just ridiculous. The parking lot was dark and NOT marked well so no one could find their cars and there was no one to ask.Reviewed 27 Dec 2024

Car fuel at pickup was only half full. I returned the car with same amount and they charged me a half tank. It was a pain to correct it, and only because I noted it on the checkout sheet.Reviewed 22 Nov 2024

Nearly 60 minutes in line to check in. Lack of staff to attend to very long line of customers. Returning car was easy .. very small airport….but charged me double stating that the gas tank was not full on return. Spent an hour on phone with customer service.. emailed gas receipt and finally got charge removed. Not sure how such a simple thing as reading gas tank level can get screwed up. I feel that a charge was trying to be slipped in hoping I would not look at emailed receipt. Not acceptable.Reviewed 21 Oct 2024

After 14 hrs flight I get to budget office in Detroit Airport to find 50-60 people ahead of me in line waiting I heard people have been waiting for 3 hrs because only 1 slow person working the counter I waited in line for 10 min but nothing moved so I decided to go next door to Enterprise Alamo in 5 min I was out driving a carReviewed 20 Oct 2024
