Keep was great! Grouchy staff during pickup and especially drop off. The Jeep had mud on it when we picked up which we didn’t care that much but of course we put more mud on the week we had it and the manager lectured us saying he wanted to charge us $250 cleaning fee. We settled on $35 which I suppose was fair. Website says don’t worry about cleaning but you actually better bring it back clean. Heads up.Reviewed 9 Feb. 2024

No air conditioning in the building waiting to pick up our rental, long line, chickens at our feet, car wasn’t what we wanted, car had defects, oil change needed to be done, previous renters bluetooth info still in the car, could not connect my own device, the windows were defective… no room for our luggage.. the budget teller said it was an upgrade. Would you consider this an upgrade? I would hate to see what I upgraded from…Reviewed 1 Oct. 2022

Pros:The staff member was EXCELLENT and the size of the vehicle suited our needs.Cons:#1 We had an hour wait in line (with a toddler) and no seating available. Then another hour wait in the hawaii sun with no seating available to take possession of the vehicle. Total of a 2 hour wait to get our vehicle. #2 The vehicle was FILTHY inside, numerous dings, scratches and paint chips to the exterior. The interior rooftop trim was hanging down and the transmission cut out numerous times during the week; causing a false sense of security when thinking the vehicle was parked in (P).Reviewed 28 May 2021

Pros:Arrived and Budget had no cars despite us having a reservation. Talked to one person who finally received a car after waiting 5-1/2 hours!!! I called the Budget national number and they said that “ other reservation services like Kayak generate reservation numbers without actually having cars”Cons:I guess the lesson learned is NOT to reserve vehicles through a 3rd party and NOT deal with Budget who obviously did not even offer any sort of solution.Reviewed 23 May 2021
