Overall it was fine. However, picking up the car was slow and painful. Most everyone had to wait 45-60mins + to receive their car after you paid and went thru customer service rep. The van we got was new but had some obvious minor damage all around. 10 minutes into the drive from Budget and the front right TPS (tire pressure sensor) was alarming that there was an issue. Luckily, the tire was fine and just a bad sensor but was a bit annoying getting that warning everytime you started the van. Overall, it was worth it. Not enough employees to check you in. Once checked in, it took 30 mins to get my car. The lot was filled with cars with the same model, but they said my car was being washed. How can they check me in and assign me a car when it wasn’t ready? At one point, the line of people waiting to pick up their car was longer than those waiting to check in.Reviewed 26 Jul. 2023

They gave me an old car making funny noise over 40 mph. There was a super long line with exactly 2 agents behind the counter who happen to be less than friendly, trying to aggressively push for things I did not want nor need. Return procedure had no explanations and when I sought to ask, they were very rude and could not be bothered. Probably the worst rental car experience overall I ever had.Reviewed 20 Jul. 2023

A terrible experience across the board. Over an hour wait to get the car at a site that was clearly disorganized and not service-oriented. I tried 5 times to extend my rental (3 different calls, and 2 visits to the site) and no one answered as able to explain the rate doubling despite being able to book a new reservation at more than half the rate less. Made no sense and not only could people not explain why, no one seemed to care to resolve the matter. Horrible experience that didn’t seem hard to get right. Never again.Reviewed 13 Mar. 2023

The check in process is very slow. Once we checked in and signed papers, they had us wait outside for our car, it “wouldn’t be long”. It took two hours. A dozen people standing around in the heat not understanding why the delay was occurring.Reviewed 17 Feb. 2023
