Pros: The second manager and staff at Lihue airport who eventually did help us and did all they could do to make it right for us.
Cons: I received a call that rental location was not open when we would arrive. The offer was to have the car (plus 2 others I rented at the same time) at a different location nearer where we were staying available the next morning. I paid $120 in cab fees to get to our location, but the next morning went to the closer location and found it closed. No one at any number we could find for Enterprise knew anything about our situation other than to suggest that we go BACK to the airport location. (I then had a voice mail from the nearer location about picking up the vehicles but no one answered when I called back. I never heard from him or the manager who gave me his private cell number to call if there was a problem. I called. No response. Ever.) We returned to the airport location (Another $60 cab fare. Once there, I will say the manager on duty was very apologetic and accommodating and even reimbursed us the cab fare. He treated us very well and he is to be commended. But the disorganization cost us a half day of our Hawaiian vacation, time with my family I can't recover.

Didn't have luxury car i reserved, charged me the same for smaller car
Pros: The staff was nice. They are in Hawaii, how can you not be nice if that's where you are/live? Aloha. The staff ultimately tried to accommodate me for all the things i didn't like by not charging me an extra day for a delay in a return they caused, not charing me for some other things, so i felt ok after that, like they were reasonable and accommodating.
Cons: Smaller car at the same price. That's a not a good deal. Also, said they'd swap out anytime and bring me a car, but then when i wanted to, oh sorry, it's too far unless you do it before 11am (which didn't work with our vacation plans). And every time i called either location for customer service, i'd get voice mail, even during business hours.

Didn't have what i reserved, but made accommodations
Pros: What i liked is that the truck they gave me had plenty of space, was new and drove well.
Cons: They didn't have the luxury car i reserved, and gave me a truck instead. Getting to/from the location was inconvenient from the airport (about a $10 cab ride for a mile and a half).

Pros: Everything I could have expected was met. There were no unexpected issues.
