OverpricedPros:Car was fine staff was fast.Cons:4 days cost more than bringing it back & getting an upgrade for a week separately. Together price would have been $1500. Separately (2 reservations rather than 1) was $580 & $340. Ridiculous.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2019

Good experiencePros:Pick up and drop off went very smoothly. SUV was adequate and handled the island's roads very well. We had a late arriving flight and the office stayed open past normal hours to accommodate our reservation.Cons:Expected a RAV4 - got a Hyundai SUV instead. Not a big deal though.Reviewed 27 Nov. 2016
