Service team was exceptional. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The car was old and worn out. I have been renting cars for 30 years. This was probably the worst car I have ever rented. The location is not really at the airport. It is a ten minute drive from the airport, but the service team was vary accommodating. They seem to be doing the best they can with a challenging arrangement.Reviewed 7 May 2023

Pros:Car was comfortable - outwardly seemed clean - staff was niceCons:Car smelled like cat pee almost from the time we drove out. The operation was very small and not what we expected from a front line car rental company - obviously contracted out. Not much inventory to pick from and I felt the professionalism was lacking - would never rent from them again. Gave us an uneasy feeling in regards to the paperwork we were given in the onset.Reviewed 8 Feb. 2020

Pros:Staff was friendlyCons:Our car had major issues. It was 13 years old with 100,00 miles on it. Windshield wipers didn't work, it started to overheat while we were sightseeing, the whole car would shake violently when you braked and the transmission was slipping gears when accelerating from a stop. 5 star servicePros:We were picked up by our friendly driver who was happy to answer any touristy question. On our way to the rental company, he called the guy in the office to get our car ready. The process was very speedy.Cons:We did not get the type of car we ordered but nevertheless were happy with the rental company overall.Reviewed 13 Oct. 2018

It did save us money...Pros:...but was it worth it. The van only had basic features. No A/C in back, no automatic rear doors, minimal driver controls. Battery on key fob went out. Very nice people working there.Reviewed 5 Mar. 2017

Stay awayPros:The people were friendly and helpfulCons:We rented a minivan from this place. It was the lowest line of the minivan and old. I was surprised it had automatic windows. No air conditioning in the back. We hoped to save some money, thinking all rental agencies were the same. We were wrong. We ended up spending more money on an inferior product cuz they charged us to have an extra driver, where most places will allow you to include your spouse. The car was falling apart. the lining inside was coming down and one of the interior lights kept falling down too. Halfway thru the trip (we were there for a week), the unlock button on the remote stopped working. Luckily the key fob was new enough to have an actual key in the remote fob. So, we had to unlock the door manually everytime from that point on. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. I wouldn't use this company again.Reviewed 15 Oct. 2016
