Cons:I called and asked to be picked up at the station and the woman (after just hanging up several times) irritatedly and dismissively told me to take a cab. The cab took nearly half an hour (for an 8 minute trip) and when i arrived, Budget was closed, leaving me stranded in the rain in the middle of nowhere. Worthless.Reviewed 1 Aug. 2016

Great service, okay value.Pros:The service at both pick-up and drop-off was great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The car I received was clean and in excellent condition.Cons:Car rentals can get quite costly with all the additional fees. I wish the fee for choosing a drop-off location different from the pick-up location was a little lower, especially because I barely drove the car and only used it to get me from Allentown to Poughkeepsie (approximately 110 miles). Additionally, insurance is high. It would be better if the cost was per 24 hour rental period rather than calendar day. With those extra costs, the rental price was not as good of a value as I had hoped for.Reviewed 8 Mar. 2016
