Asked for a Camry and was put in a small Jeep suv that had very uncomfortable seating. Lower Back has hurt for a couple days. I should have pushed for the Camry I reserved. Note the Jeep SUV was not an upgrade in my opinion.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Neither pick up or drop off was great. The worse is that instead of getting the compact car I requested, I had to drive a SUV (1st time doing so) for 3 days, several hundred miles. And had to wait for 10 minutes to turn car over at airport when done. Also couldn't get tail gate to lift, finally did but not easy. Ad car was only 3/4 full...Cons:

The staff was friendly. There wasn’t a compact car for us so they gave us a mini van for the same price which worked out great since we had 7 people.Cons:
We got there at 10 am and we were the 2 nd ones in line. Within 5 minutes 7 other customers walked in. Some of them were high maintenance but the staff did a nice job of handling them.
