Cons:Being not from the area, I needed to know how to manipulate the underground or getting around inside, bad snow outside unprepared for that!
Cons:Picketers (hotel workers union) were outside morning through evening both days we were there. They were very loud, but the doors/windows insulated us from the noise well.
Cons:Could not get Wifi to work in our room, despite making a lengthy call to the 3rd party IT support number we were given. Pillows felt beaten down and were not especially comfortable. Minor gripe, but a regular coffee packet was replaced with a decaf, leaving us only one cup of caffeinated coffee on the way out the door.
